Hope everyone is doing well with all that's going on in the world right now.

I decided to make some artisan bread dough today. This bread is easy to make. Just add flour, yeast, salt, and water together, put in a bowl, cover up and let set over night to ferment. Then in the morning, turn out on floured surface, work a little bit, form it in a ball, cover, and let set for 15 minutes. Then flatten out into rectangle, fold over a few times, and form into a ball again. Let set on piece of parchment paper covered for 2 hours.

Forty five minutes into that 2 hours, turn oven on 450 degrees, and put dutch oven with lid on to heat up. When times up carefully take out of oven. Next pick up dough with parchment paper, place inside dutch oven, cover with lid, and bake for 30 minutes. After that take the lid off and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top. After taking out of the oven, let cool for 2 hours before slicing. It is so good! Take care and God bless everyone,

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
